The registrations here include both free and fee-paid events, along with a package of arrangements for related activities.
Free registration
We sometimes organize different forms of events which are free and open to public, but registration is requested due to limited space. It is on a first come first served basis. Please complete a simple registration form below and make sure your email address is correct so you can receive a confirmation from us for whether or not your request is successful.
Fee-paid event
Although we sometimes organize different forms of events open to the public, a minimum fee is requested to cover basic costs. It is on a first come first served basis. Please complete a simple registration form below and make sure your email address is correct so you can receive a confirmation from us for whether or not your request is successful.
Fee-paid package
This is a seven-day package that includes activities related to our academic and social missions, arranged according to the visitors’ needs. It covers full accompaniment, all transportation and accommodation, but does not include international airfare or personal expenses outside of the itinerary during the stay in the UK.
