为了更好地满足当今业务环境下的治理需求，我们观察到，越来越多的企业董事会正在突破传统的招募思维和渠道，以寻聘具备不同技能和经验的董事成员；同时，也有更多不具备董事经验的候选人被选入董事会。虽然上任培训并不是董事会的一项经常性工作，且更多是针对新董事成员，但是，做好新董事上任培训工作可为董事会日后的高效运作打下必要基础。
To better meet the governance needs in today’s business environment, we have observed that more and more corporate boards are breaking through traditional recruitment thinking and channels to recruit board members with different skills and experiences. At the same time, more and more candidates without director experience are elected to the board of directors. Although induction training is not a regular task of the board of directors and is more targeted at new directors, doing a good job in induction training for new directors can lay the necessary foundation for the efficient operation of the board of directors in the future.
